Constructed shed with out permission

Dear Sir,

i am staying in Vasai West, Dhoop Chav Co-op Hsg Society Ltd vide Flat No B/106, Almost 9 months back our neighbour (below our flat) B006 Flat Owner constructed shed out side @ ground floor, which is covered our base. due to that we are not able to construct grill for our safety. Same has been informed to Society with 4 reminder letters. till now no action has been taken. now we dont have safety in our flat?? i request you to take immediate action against flat owner 006 and society. i hope that you will give me full nyay from your side
