Worst service staff.. I asked for a new connection and it has been over 2 weeks now. The guy at Dolphin's side says, he is running short of man power and can't do anything about it.
If they are running the agency, it is their look out for the man power or any problem on their side. Why should a customer worry & suffer for it?
If I were to give a rating to this agency on their behavior and management. I would give them a big "0".
