I have been cheated by a Eureka Forbes Salesman. I had requested for a demo of Vacuum cleaner
and the same day the guy came over to my place. After that I said that I will take some time and let him know if i am interested.
He said that Eureka Forbes is celebrating 25 years (note that even though it has completed ~30) and some LTF service offer is there.
Please book now and if you change your mind you will get back the money.
I gave him Rs 500 and later on cancelled my order.
Even after 3 months after repeated calls (the person making left and right excuses) I have given up but I feel like being cheated by a Sales Man of
a reputed company. Not sure if Eureka Forbes recruits such un-honest people or turn them into one.
Beware and take proper care before buying anything from EF.
