I have tried to book a flat in JP Associate AMAN project on the same day (27th June) on which it has bee launched through a cheque#68056, SBI. At that time they have even taken the choice of the flat number also. But to my surprise they have put a different user name against this Cheque.
According to the press release they have confirmed that the entire project has been sold out on a single day, but my colleague itself has submitted his cheque on 5th July. It clearly indicates that they have made hype in the market so that more and more customer comes and book there flats.
Before submitting the cheque to the bank they have at least fare idea about how many candidates has opted for the booking of the flat in AMAN. Then why did they have extracted the entire money from the bank for all the extra investors. They have the final chance to refuse the extra candidates at the time of submitting the cheque too, but they did not have done this, because they want to pull money from the market as many as they can and if they lend money from any financial institution they have to pay the interest against that also, but by doing this kind of fraud they need not have to pay anything. Now they are saying that they will refund the money in the next 30 days, so now again the investors has to wait for 30 days more and they keep on ripe the interest of the money which is never there own property. Is there be no one to make these point highlight in the media???
Even I have seen that they have booked some flats from the back door. Most of the investors are not allowed to go inside to see the process of the draw and it has been told to the investors to have some tea/coffee because the result will be published soon in the outside counter as well. It’s not a fare draw as well. According to me lots of fraud has happened during the entire events.
So if you would be able to do something against this foul play then it is my sincere request to you to put this in public.
