I am sunil kumar rajoriya son of sh. jamadar singh.

I am very upset by your courier service boy behaviour b'coz he call our phone at morning (today 16/02) to from his phone no.- 8445226321 and required money for delivery Rs. 50/- at home and rs. 30/- at his office (hotel smrat palace).

and he reached at my home at 1:20 PM for deliver my Consignment. He required Rs. 50/- for delivery charges, after signing his delivery receipt by my sister Nishu, then my mother ask him reason for pay and not paid money, so he take return our Consignment and telling a very rude language " TUMAHARE BAAP KA NOKAR NAHIN HOON MAINE SUBAH HI BATA DIYA THA, AGAR TUMKO JARURAT HO TO KHUD AAKAR LE LENA." with my mother.

So i am very glad & socked by your company's service and deliver boy's misbehaviour.

and i want that my Consignment deliver me recently and company's higher authority take a hard action for customer's right and his dignity.
