Gas Clyinder
Late Delivery

Dear Sir,

This complaint is in regards to the Bharat Gas Clyinder Provider..

SapCode No: 110890. Yash Heera Enterprises, Bhoiwada, Mumbai. The Service they provide is phetetic, one of the worse service of its kind.. Its not the first time. We had booked the clyinder on 11-Feb and today its been 25-Feb evening. After repeated calls and frequent visits done at their office, the provider every time had false promise that it will be delivered today or by evening and so many other excuses..and no body turns-up.. We are now left without Gas Clyinder for last 4 Days. How can one cook his food without gas. Inspite of so many polite request and showing the urgency they are not bothered to turn-up.

They are so punctule about their timing that between 1.00p.m upto 2.00p.m nobody pick-up the calls as its their lunch time and by evening 5.00p.m they close.
