Placement of ac in my house

It is to inform you that I have bought LG ac on 31st May from Big Bazaar Kharagpur West Bengal. They didnot sendcompany authorised mechanic but send some untrained people who just kept it. After complining 10 times came no respons. Please communicate my problem to Big Bazaar soon as possible to please place the ac correctly with ideal connections else Iwould be forced to take legal actions against it.
