Im totally exhausted regarding the purifier, im totally fed up... i had a complaint on the previous model of genpure, they changed to a new model after a long trouble, but now also problem persist in this also... this time, my kid got affected with the impure water, she is only four and now she is ill with throat infection... even now i called, but they told they cannot change ..My husband is going to consumer court till we get pure water for my family... my family told to go for other brands like KENT or Zero-B, I was the one to go for this but now we all are suffering till now. this mail is to inform you all that please buy good purifier, never mind about the price difference... hope i can get good justice from the court...
