Is there any chance of installing my new Almira with free of cost? Please see the product details below.
After really delayed delivery and after several phone calls it arrives finally and it's properly reached our home and as per normal home delivery charges we paid them 50 and which is know as "Tip" may be "hidden cost" that we have not considered previously.
Now we are happy and we are eagerly waiting for it to be installed. I don't have the call details but after several calls and after dedicated (within 72 hours) the installation guy came finally last night. I am extremely glad that service is 24 x 7.
But can you please clarify from when this 72 hour is counted?
Initially installation guy said that if my wife or some one else can move the bed then only he can install it. But approximately a 6' x 12 feet free space is available where we want to install it and just beside that room another 7' x 10' space is available.
Can you please clarify how much space is required?
But as Godrej is know for their better service and it appears same way. The installation guy is asking for 200-300 Rs/- and everything will be done smoothly. My wife is alone with my 1-5 year old child and she called me and as i denied to pay him he simply returns.
Interestingly he gave his phone number and said we can install it separately and personally through him whenever we want.
Do u really recommend that kind of personal service? Or do Godrej really provide man to man personal service now a days?
I still believe that someone responsible will response to this mail and take immediate action and i will be really glad if someone else can go and install it with free of cost.
I am not expecting any calls but otherwise i need to find some other email addresses or something else.
IS THERE A CHANCE OF INSTALLATION TODAY?
