Sir,
Inspite of several reminders regarding non-commissioning of gas pipeline connection near my house which my neighbours who are just 60 mtrs away already started enjoying such type of connection, I am not getting positive reply from this co.
I paid relevant amount of Rs. 4000/- on 28.3.10 before 1 yr with appl. form no. 108673.
I went personally, in Rajkot Office but reply of that madam sitting there is never satisfactory, and the phone no. 0281-6190500 comes always busy throughout the day. Either increase the phone line or do not give the no.
I also sent Regd. Ad to its Infocity Office - Gandhinagar but in vain.
Why so much delay when in my area and near my street, the connection has been started.
Now it is almost 1 yr. People who have paid money after me also got installation.
Please guide me for further action.
