Black Marketing of new connections
R/Sir,
i have migrated to Maharashtra state in April 09 & in the month of June i have applied for a new connection from BPCL through NISHA GAS AGENCY, WARTHI, Distt. Bhandara., Now more than two & half months have passed but whenever i contacted the agency, the owner of the agency denied to provide the connection by saying that the new connections are not being granted, but if you want the same then pay extra amount & take the connection without papers. but i am unable to understand how they are doing these nonsense under a reputed house of BPCL.
Kindly take some necessary strict actions so that normal innocent customers should not suffer.
