Ad drivers and conductors

Hello sir,

my name is delfin i travel to office by bus and i have a complaint against these drivers and conductors, i take a bus from kurla 7ld, i have several times noticed at the stop when the bus come they halt the bus but never wait till all the passengers enter inside, the conductor just ring the bell and goes away without taking the passenger but as usual the passenger keeps mumering (ye log bus hamesha aise hi karte hai bus khali rehkar bhi kabhi kabhi rukate nahi) then i waited for the auto to catch up with 7ltd but since there was no auto i seen 25ltd coming and entered the bus and i told the driver that i want to catch up with 7ltd bus pl overtake that bus and i got that 7 no bus and i gave that driver good i told him bus khali hoti and passenger chadat hote) y dint u stop the bus half the crowd remain outside, i told him give your name he refuse to give name than i took the bus no evn the conductor i scolded it was all your falt u should have seen that passenger has got in or no how did u rang the bell and started while the crowd dint enter he was just arguing with me but i told him i will do what i have to do from my side i took the bus nos . (MH-01 L-8112) AND THEE OTHER BUS NO IS MH-01 L-8114) sir i want you to look into this matter and please take action and see that further it should not happen there are many people who wants to complain against the conductors and drivers they talk shruedly sometimes with the people and drivers overtake and sudden breaks if incase a passenger is hurt then what if the passenger breaks his jaws or head then what sir please if u can help us.
