For the past five months the cooking gas cylinder is not supplied even after ten days and then too after constant follow up. The agency never answers the phone and every time the HP has had to intervene..
Computer booking has been started and this month Igot the number 1 as the booking number. After 15 days the agency ciaims that no booking is regisyered with them. Each month the agency has execuses like our men are new, they could not find the address etc. Ihave been with this agency since and their godown is 500 mts away.
