I (A. MALLIKARJUNA REDDY) have a HP Gas connection with Mathru Gas Co, Nagashetty Halli, Bangalore. During the last week of Jan I have personally went to the Gas Agency and requested for transfer of my gas connection to Lalbagh Area, Bangalore. They have noted down my Consumer Number and Phone number and stated that I would get an SMS confirming the transfer. However, so far, I did not get the SMS. After one week, I again contacted the Gas agency over phone and requsted to transfer my gas connection. They said that due to server problem, they could not transfer my gas connection and asked me to come personally again. Going personally again and again is not only time consuming, but also I have to take leave for that day.
