Hi, There is gas leakage at my home yesterday night and there is no emergency number to which i can call. 1. i tried 12665 it is not working. 2. The gas agency numbers i called up picked the phone at 9:45 AM and they are taking this very very lightly. Till now i have called 4 times but they are very inresponsive and are not even listening properly. The technician has not come to office is what they are saying till 10:30 AM. Now my concern is that there are whole bunch of people including a baby who and what if anything happens to them? who will take the reponsibility? Why don't they understand emergency complaints are to be treated as emergency
3. i have tried to log a complaint however, there is an error and so unable to log a complaint
