Non deliver of gas cylinder after booking

Dear sir,

i have a gas connection of hp dealer name (shiv tej enterprise) my consumer no is 620952

in the name of joginder singh r/o 9/1634 gandhi nagar delhi 110031. we booked gas on 22

febtill today (20-03) we have not received and we went to agency and we r surprise that this agencysold our cylinder in BLACK. without our information so kindly take action aganist them as soon as possible
