Delay in delivery of refill Booking

Dear sir/madam,

I Pritesh Prakash, Had booked refill on 31/12 but till date this is not delivered. When i contact to the agency on 08/01 the told me that it will take AT LEAST ONE WEEK it means it will take at least total 15 days to deliver. It very Serious problem. How do we cook our food?

I strongly recommended that take necessary action against the agency.
