Pathetic Emergency Service by HP

Hi,

I have a domestic HP gas connection from Mohanty Enterprise. Today Morning around 8:15 am I noticed a leakage from cylinder. So I tried to register a complain. To do this, I did the following:

1. I tried to call the number 12665 several times. I found this number on the Gas receipt. The number didn't get connected.

2. I tried to call the dealer's office number (03325344274/03325762753) several times. Phone kept on ringing, no one picked up.

3. I tried to call the HP GAS Helpline number 03325135383/84/85/86 and came to know that the numbers are not valid.

4. I tried to call Emergency service numbers (90517980139051798001/9051798017). One guy picked up the phone and asked me to contact dealer. Also asked me to use the security cap and keep the cylinder in a open area. (By the time it was 10 am)

5. The I again called up the dealer's office number (03325344274/03325762753). This time I was finally able to register the complain. He assured me that he is going to send the mechanic soon. And before the come to my premise I will get a call from them.

I kept on waiting but no one show up neither I received any call. Then I called them again and somebody told me over telephone that the mechanics generally come around 12 noon. As and when they come they will come to my home. And now it's 2:50 PM no one came to my home neither did I receive any phone call.

Is this a way to treat an emergency case? this is really shameful. Can somebody please guide me to fix the emergency issue?
