Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

Hi,

I booked gas for home delivery on 20.03.12 but till today 03.04.12 the gas has not been delivered. I made phone call to their representative at no. 25559665, the guy said by today it must be delivered. Today again I called up him and asked about the delivery but now he is saying that it will be delayed for one more week. For this kind of bad service, I am facing very much problem and it is regular happening with HP.I am unable to have a peace of mind because of their negligence and ignorance. Requesting you to take the necessary action against them.
