Harassment on Raksdha Bandhan day

Dear sir,

For almost last two years i am a member of this car helpline services (membership no.- NS-61971 & NS-12718).

in these years i have never taken any help of the service provider but on the day of raksha bandhan i.e 24/08/10 my car suddenly got stopped near to nehru nagar, indian oil petrol pump in delhi. at aroung 7:30 AM in the morning i requested these helpline people since no car mechanic was available at nearby location. They said within 30 minutes person will reach and rectify the problem but nobody came over there and i again phoned them and it continued in repetition, atlast at 11 'O clock i called another helpline people and they rectified my problem in 5 minutes.

since i was on the way to panipat to reach at my sister's house for the festival but bloody this waris service wasted my almost half a day. i am very much emotionally upset. i want to teach a lesson to these kind of service providers.
