DELAY IN DELIVERY OF REFILLS

I am a LPG Indane customer with Ganesh Gas Agencies, Karangalpady, Mangalore and my consumer Number is 10073. I am having two cylinders of which one has exahusted on 28/09 and when we tried to book for refill, we were asked to book on 14/10. Hence, I have booked for a refill on 14.10.2009. But, till today [29/10 - 3:00 p.m.] I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. My second cylinder also got exahusted on 21.10.2009. Despite my several phone calls, there was no delivery, I went to dealer personally on 23/10, and he promised to deliver the cylinder by Monday, i.e, 19.10. but nothing materialised so far. Even I tried to contact Mr. Joshi [9448289972], but he has not responded my call. Kindly look in to the same and instruct the concerned to deliver the cylinders immediately.
