ICICI Bank VISA Bill Pay
ICICI VBP not paid my mobile bill

My Airtel mobile bill is paid by ICICI VISA Bill Pay facility. But Mobile Bill of the month Feb is not paid by the facility. So Airtel claimed Rs 50/- as the late fee. ICICI VISA Bill pay must pay late fee. Last year also they have not paid yearly primium of ICICI produntial policy. & my policy was about to laps. Need to improve this type of intermitent & trust less service.
