Non payment of rent of leased property

I have purchased 2 shjops from vxl in vxl mellinium mall at vasundra and i was never given possession but a lease agreement was signed by prabhjot the md of vxl for giving rent and now after august his company has stopped paying rent for one or other petty excuse.what to do?
