Three times I had made complaint vide complaint No. GB0610010673, GB0610013326 and GB0710000663 since 23rd June but none is attending to my complaint and the call centre all the time says that they are referring the matter to higher authorities, In Meerut, the dealing officials/engineers are not worried to attend the compalint.
