Non-delivery of gas cylinder even after booking

Dear sir,

i had been making complaints many a times but till now the cylinder is not given by the dealer . i booked my cylinder at Imperial Gas Service, Cycle market Kanpur distributor of Indian oil corporation ltd., Kanpur.- 208001. My consumer no. is12745. Dealer never given me cylinder on time.

If a proper reply also dose not comes with in Two days

I Shall be bound to meet Petroleum minister of state.
