ComplaintMatter: Bill For Junenot attached with computer generated chit giving full break of the amount of bill
I received above refer to bill dated 21 July without computer generated chit which gives full break up of the amount of the bill. In the main bill total amount of the billRs.4080.80Rupees fourthousandeighty and eightypaiseonly.
As a law abiding citizen I have paid the amount of the bill. But as a consumer I have full right to know full break of the bill that is normally shown by attached computer generated chit.
I am unable to know whether this is due to negligence of the meter reader or is the dubious device of MGVCL to cover up some thing which they do not wish that consumer may know and object.
As a responsible executive of MGVCL I wish you will clarify the matter and will look into the matter and will see that the same is not repeated again.
Will you please educate your meter readers the fact that bill is an important document for the consumer and they must never treat as a throw away paper. When reading the meter and preparing the bill it is their main responsibility to see that bill gives full details of the charges. Not only that they must show strict regularity in visiting our homes in time and give us correct bill with complete details.
