Not availing gas connection

I have transferred to Bilaspur, C.G. on 24/11 and get transferred my gas connection also. But local dealer (i.e. Sharda Gas Agency) has refused to give me gas connection without telling me any reason. Although he has given gas connection to other people.

Kindly arrange me to avail the gas connection in this city.
