My indane gas distributor is golf green gas service. Gas booking has to be done through 9088324365 where the IVR system tells us how to book refill. After going through the necessary menus and options, the system says "we are unable to process your request, please contact your distributor." This happened twice and then I was forced to contact the distributor who refused to book refill over phone. I had to go all the way to distributor's office and book refill manually. The company should properly program the IVR system and save us from this sheer harassment.
