We booked a gas cylinder (indane gas) through the interactive telephone booking system (contact no. 9961824365) on 25th April. In response to our booking we received a confirmation number 259823
Our gas agency is Ms Vimal Gas Agency, Palluruthy, Kochi- 682 006 (Phone No.0484-2236570). Even after 45 days of waiting, the booked cylinder was not delivered. When enquied, the gas agency said that they have not received any information on our booking.
We tried to register a complaint through the toll free number 18002333555 they tried to hold us for a long time, thereafter offered some ineffective advices and subsequently cut the line.
