Dishonouring the booking through IVRS

I Booked my cylinder on 23-01 through IVRS. My consumer No. is 40946 of HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE. Their previous deliveries were also delayed. And for this booking, I didn't get the cylinder yet.

And I booked again on 12-02 through IVRS, But there is no response.

Please do something and take necessary action
