I had booked a gas cylinder on the 16th November. The booking number is 2483. I have not yet recieved the supply as of now when I required it by the 8th of December. On contacting them on the 8th, they informed us that we had never booked a cylinder with them before. So, we had to rebook on that day. On contacting the agency, we were not spoken to politely. This is causing us great inconvenience because we run out of cooking gas. I request immediate action to be taken up. I also hope these faults do not recur.
