Delay in delivering cylinde

I booked a cylinder on 15.052010 at MV Enterprises Avadi. Till today 03.06.2010 yet to receive the cylinder. Even-though i booked a cylinder once in 45 days. many times i went directly regarding this. Officials there are not responsible enough. They won't pick up the phone too. I even registered a complaint against Gas Leakage in my house too. So far there is no response from them. I think of changing the Agency.

kindly take the necessary action against MV Enterprises and do the best.
