I am a consumer of indane gas and it is being delivered through INDANE DISTRIBUTOR& DISTRIBUTOR CODE -39010275 M/S ABHAYAY GAS SERVICE, D- SECTOR MARKET, STALL NO. 19, DURGAPUR- 713204, PHONE NO. 0343-2568677/ 2568025. from last three months i am observing that they are not suppling gas cylinder in proper time though i am booking my gas well in advance. if i ask about the delay, they reply so rudely that it is unbearable for a gentleman. my consumer number is AG 18440 dated 09.11.08. address 11/22 DAYANANDA ROAD.i am filling so unsecure about the service and unable to find any other sollution except to inform you.
i. would therefore request you to kindly take necessary step to protect me and my family from this rude and dengerous gas distributor mentioned above and give me relief from mental anxity.
