We shifted to Gurgaon from Delhi early this year. And took an Indane gas connection from Guru Kripa Indane Agency, Sushant Vyapar Kendra, Gurgaon. Every month we have to face harassment in the sense that the agency people take nearly 10 days to deliver the cylinder. When i call to give a reminder they behave arrongantly. When i wanted to apply for double cylinders i was openly told to come next month and that to as if i am begging for something. Even on weekdays they dont pick the phone again and again. The response of the agency on every occasion has been harassing. Is this what general public expect from service sector.
