THIS MAIL IS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NOTICE OF INDANE GAS REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER (IF AT ALL THEY CARE FOR IT).
MY Consumer no for Indane LPG gas is 26073, add- 176-G, mayur vihar, pocket -IV, phase-I, delhi. My service provider / agency is TANUSHREE GAS AGENCY, Acharya niketan Mkt, Pocket IV, Mayur Vihar. Ph no- 011-22752594.
Am hereby writing this complaint because I've finally thought of not reconciling with the situation. Firstly I would request the authorities to check and question the agency as to why do they keep their telephone busy by putting the receiver down (this has been confirmed by me and I also had put back the receiver on the cradle so that they feel ashamed of their act). It was because of this act of theirs that I had to buy a cylinder in BLACK last month. Finally i got a cylinder booked on personally visiting them. Now the second complaint is that I took only 1 cylinder out of my quota of 2 in a month in Jan. When asked for a fresh booking today, 4.01. they simply refused saying that I can't do that as the 21 day margin was not over. I fail to understand two things
1. where has this 21 day margin come from?
2. This is the 1st booking of Feb, so how can it be related to bookings of Jan, even if it was so I had not taken the second cylinder in Jan, so what did they do to it?
3. What will a person do in case the cylinder empties in 15days??? if this is the attitude of the agencies?
I would certainly request some action against them or else I'll have to lodge a case in consumer forum against the company and agency for mental harassment and duty negligence in a weeks time.
