Dear Sir,
I have a Indane Gas connection with Taas Gas Agency, 140 Gst Road, 1st Cross Street, Chrompet, Chennai. My gas connection number is 63431. Due to my family's absence in last 6 month, we have not booked any gas in that period. Later they cameback to Chennai, I approached the gas office to book the cylinder. They said we need to verify the address within 1 day and we will deliver the cylinder within 3 days. At the time we stayed in the same address. For the verification they took 3 days (with a sunday). Later I approached they said, another 2 days it will take to deliver the gas. Even after 2 days I didn't received the cylinder. Then my wife used to track the call. While in the call, one of the associate with gas company used bad words with her. Again day by day they said the same sentence "Today we will deliver". This continues around last 1 week.
In my home, we are not having single drop of gas, and it is the biggest humiliation for mankind. As my father is suffered from Diabetic, I send him to my native for the food concern. We are not in a position to cook and eat in this republic country. Day-by-day I am getting more frustruated due to this incident. Please take some necessary action, which should not happens to others.
