Abnormal Delay & Worst Service in Delivery

Dear Sir,

I have a LPG connection bearing no. 13871 with Priyanka Gas Agency, Naubasta, Kanpur in the name of Ramesh Chandra Tripathi R/o 16-A, Hanumant Vihar, Naubasta, Kanpur. I have received last cylender on 22.02.2010 and after 21 days i.e. dt. 15.03. when I went to the dealer for booking then he told me that come again 22.03.2010 for booking and the cylender will be delivered at your home on dt. 23.03.2010 but after 10 days yesterday I went to agency then he said to me that we have no any vendor for delivery so, go to my godown and pick up the cylender from there. The godown is situated about 12 Km. from agency, I am a senior citizen and unable to go to godown due to old age and no any conveyance for his godown.

The dealer have a phone connection no is 0512-3214634 but nobody pickup the phone and not listen to the public request and his staff is very misbehave to the consumers. I said to his staff for complain, so his reply to me "Jao Jahan Mann Ho Complain Karo".

So, I request to you please solve my problem & oblige to me as early as possible.
