Hi Sir/Madam

I have requested for new gas connection on 26/03 but till now i have not receive my connection or any single formal letter about connection from Gondawana Gas Agency, lakhe nagar raipur Chhattisgarh. So please suggest me what should do or should i go to direct consumer court because its already 4 month but not receive new connection. I am very disappointed to behavior of gas agencies.
