On 16 Aug I approached M/S Alka Flames in Sec 7, Site No 1, Indira Market, RK Puram to purchase a Gas pipe for my LPG stove. I was told that the same is for Rs 190/-. When I told them that it costs Rs 170/- elsewhere at authorised depots, I was told I have to buy TWO safety clips compulsorily with it which cost Rs 20/-. Since I already had the clips I requested for only the pipe.
I was informed that since I dont wish to buy the clips, the pipe cannot be sold to me. The behaviour of the salesman was most discourteous and almost abusive.
Request enquiry and suitable action to cancel their dealership unless they mend their behaviour and for blackmailing customers.
