Delay delivery of refiil cylinde

Dear sir/madam,

i m manoranjan sahoo consumer of gas klg&100031bhubaneswar.

sir now we have got service from maa mangala (R.k Pradhan).sir your distributor donot give home delivery.they told me i donot reduce the priceRs7.

and also told me u will booked after 21days.then we provide the refill cylinder after 7days.sir i have got one cylinder in month.pl inform me what i do.
