Sir - A gas leaking smell was observed in my gas connection on 07th of Aug 11 and the complaint was registered in 'Vinu Gas Agency" on 08th Aug 11. They promised the replacement in 10 days time and till now it is not done. As there are small children and adults are at home; they are scared to sleep in home every day due to this safety hazard. Appreciate your intervention in order to expedite this complaint the soonest possible. My name is M.J. Xavier consumer number 1770 in Vinu Gas in Ollur.
