Non delivery of cylinde

A delivered report has been sent to me on 10.01.2012 but refilled gas cylinder is not delivered till today 12.01.2012.

And this practice has become a regular pain and tension to get my cylinder before the crysis occures.

I request to take necessary actions to regularise the matter.

At least please make sure not to serve delivery report until the cylinder is not delivered.
