I am registerd with capital gas agency sector 8 chandigarh with cons no 20091. a fake booking was done on 31 dec11 against my cons no for refill of cylinder for which message intimation was received on my mob.i immediatly sent a s m s info that i have not booked refill and hence demand be cancelled.but to my surprise on 03 jan i got second message that a bill has been generated and the cylinder will be deliverd shortly.i sent the message again to cancel since i have not booked cylinder, also i called up my gas agency regarding fake booking .the employee of the gas agency assured me that the demand will be cancelled.however on 09 jan the message was once again flashed on my mob that the cylinder refill has been delivered to me whereas no such cylinder ever came to my residence.
i am sure certain fake booking of refill cylinder is going on which must be stopped forthwith and also investigate my case as to who has booked and where was cylinder delivered.
