Sir/Madam

I am consumer of Indane LPG gas. I have booked cylinder on date 2/3 ONLINE, i have got booking ref no and note was given that i will receive booking confirmation on my mail address. when up to 10th of march i have not received any confirmation Email for booking than i have send Reminder again. After Reminder they Booked LPG cylinder on date 14/03. But till today I am waiting for booking confirmation Email forget about LPG cylinder.

Please Help me to get things go smooth ONLINE at Indane site to get LPG cylinder in time.
