Nicoleon Gas Agency, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi (THeir Phone nos. are 25117015 and 25101103). THey are harrasing the customer so much that if after the assured date of delivery of cylinder, some mishappens with customer, they will linger on to give you lame excuses. THey do not try to understand the customers' problem. Even after 8 days of booking they start linger on the delivery and always assure us that the cylinder will be delivered today but that today comes after next 7 days and that too after having lots of requests.
The consumer cell can observe it by watching the activities over there in their office. Even sr. citizens come and speak loudly but they do not bother about it.
In my opinion either the ownership should be changed in this agency or control over their staff and management.
