My consumer No. is GD 4770 and concerned agency is Golden Gas Service, Shop No. 233, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Ansal's Palam Vihar, Gurgaon-122017 (Haryana).
With great pain and grief I would like to inform you that the above said agency has failed to deliver the refill cylinders on time due to which my family has to suffer a lot in this winter. We are boiling milk for children in electric kettle and preparing tea from our water dispenser. I feel like going on hunger strike before the agencies premises because I am tired of this routine exercise i.e., running and requesting Golden Agency to deliver the refilled cylinder to my residence. I had booked my cylinder on 23.12.2010 and as per the delivery time of 12 days (as informed by Golden Agency) the refilled cylinder should have been delivered by 4.01.2011. But the truth is that I have still not the refilled cylinder ven after 18 days of booking. The Indian Oil Corporation become a mute spectator in this gas scam.
