i have taken a gas connection from indane's distributor ROHINI ENTERPRISES, ist floor, durga market, paharpur, rohini sector 7, new delhi (ph no. 27041413, 27053496, 9312404176) on date 11-12. they send the first cylinder delivery on wednesday, 15-12. yesterday when i was about to install cylinder with my gas stove i suspected that cylider wieght is seem to be less. when i measured the weight it was only 25-26 kg. the cylinder weight is mentioned as 16.3 kg and with gas it must be 30.5 kg. the cylinder seal is intact.
please consider this complaint and do the needful at earliest.
