Kartar Gas Service code no 9110433 is not reachable on phone since 3 months. Eversince they installed auto tele-booking system the inconvinience to book the gas has increased. Their landline telephones are always either out of order or responding busy tone. Such agencies should be penalised for causing inconvinience to its customers in some manner. I have to travel 9 kms to book my gas personally. IOCL should act against such agencies and should replace them with efficient outlets.
