Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!
Dear Sir
My father is a consumer having C.No-27322- of 'Ashoka Gas Service', near S.B.I. bank, mohaddipur, gorakhpur, u.p. -. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 17/4 . and the refill was delivered after a month on 15/5. That is lead time will stood as -21 days 30 = 51 days. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder can be recieved after after 51 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 51 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
