Indane-LPG gas
No delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

with due respect i beg to state that, i Nirode Mitra a consumer of indane (indian oil) under distributor Bongaon Gas service, A-12 New Market, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas, WB. My I.O.C/ER-4270781, consumer number-B6411 and SV. no.-146775.

I booked my gas on 17.11.2009 (booking no.-6055) and slip was issued on 15.1.2010 but still do not get the gas. I am a retired teacher and also a heart patient, already I have visited 3-4 times after issuing the slip but still do not received the gas. It is not a fact for this month, it is happen in every month.

I want to draw your kind attention on this matter.
